Spokane Doula Services Hospital Bag Essentials has been created to answer one of the most common questions we are asked at prenatal visits, “What do we actually need to bring to the hospital during labor?” This list should help you fall somewhere between “Oops, I forgot my toothbrush” and you have enough packed to be stranded on a desert island for 6 months.
During check-in you will likely need photo ID and your insurance card. It’s a good idea to bring a copy of your birth plan as well, if you have one.
