Birth Doula Packages
All doula packages include unlimited availability by phone, text and email 24 hours a day from contract signing to 6 weeks postpartum and access our extensive lending library. Your doula will be in your corner providing comfort, tips, and support, from the moment you are ready for her to join you during labor until after your baby is in your arms. She will remain by your side during that first golden hour, offering guidance and support to optimize newborn feeding and bonding.
Birth Doula Support Package
- Prior to birth you will have two sessions with your doula to plan your birth dreams, become comfortable with your doula and build confidence in yourself and your birth team. Within the first week of birth, she will check in with you in your home to see how your transition is going, offer wisdom for any difficulties you may be experiencing and talk about your birth with you.
Pampering Doula Package
- In addition to everything in the base package:
- 3 Daytime postpartum shifts
- Placenta encapsulation
- Postpartum meal prep
Birth & Postpartum Package
- In addition to everything in the base and standard package let us create an amazing postpartum time for you as well with a few well rested nights:

Postpartum Doula Rates
Our postpartum doulas are available to ease the transition of a new baby. We provide things such as newborn care and newborn care tips, light housekeeping, sibling care, feeding assistance, nighttime care (bring baby to mom if breastfeeding at the breast only, otherwise all newborn nighttime care so you can sleep, answer questions about normal newborn and also mother postpartum, refer out if necessary, meal prep, emotional support, provide time for new parents to sleep, shower and eat uninterrupted. We also have personal and professional experience with multiples.
Daytime Hours
- 3-99 daytime hours $35 an hour
- 100+ hours $31 an hour
Nighttime Hours
- $38 an hour
200+ hours $34 an hour
